We're delighted to be recruiting a Lead Generation Specialist on behalf of a well-established and highly respected multichannel marketing services business. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in generating new business opportunities across a broad portfolio of marketing, creative, digital and operational services. The Lead Generation Specialist vacancy offers the chance to work closely with experienced sales professionals and subject matter experts, helping organisations identify solutions that support growth, customer acquisition and operational improvement.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across marketing, creative, digital, ecommerce and operational service areas
- Execute lead generation strategies using phone, email, LinkedIn and other outreach channels
- Research prospective clients, identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Work closely with the sales team and subject matter experts to ensure a smooth handover of opportunities
- Monitor and analyse lead generation activity to improve engagement and conversion rates
- Stay informed of market trends, industry developments and potential new business opportunities

Required skills and experience:
- Proven experience in lead generation, business development, outbound sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of marketing, digital, ecommerce or business services environments
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage senior decision-makers
- Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline activity and prospect information
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to managing workload
- Ability to work independently and prioritise activities effectively
- Experience generating opportunities for marketing, creative, digital, ecommerce, logistics or operational services would be advantageous, as would knowledge of LinkedIn and lead generation tools
