Lead Generation Specialist

JSL Group | Remote (UK-based) | Competitive Salary

About Us

JSL Group has spent over 20 years helping schools, businesses, and charities across Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, and beyond get more from their technology. From managed IT support and cybersecurity to cloud, compliance, and connectivity, we work as an extension of our clients' teams rather than just another IT contractor.

We're proud of our reputation for being local, responsive, and genuinely invested in our clients' success — and our results speak for themselves, with long-standing relationships across the education, commercial, and charity sectors. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us reach even more organisations who could benefit from what we do.

The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Lead Generation Specialist to build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities across our core sectors — education, commercial, and charity. You'll be the engine behind our new business growth, identifying prospects, initiating first contact, and nurturing leads until they're ready to hand over to our sales team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years' experience in a lead generation, sales development, or business development role
  • A confident communicator, comfortable with cold outreach across multiple channels
  • Experience with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
  • Strong organisational skills and the discipline to manage a pipeline independently in a remote setting
  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with genuine curiosity about prospects' needs
  • Experience selling into education, IT services, or B2B technical services is a strong plus, but not essential
