This is a contract role for someone who has personally built outbound campaigns and sent them — not managed a team that did, not consulted on strategy. If that isn't you, the rest won't be a good use of your time.

What the Product Is

SignalsAPI sells verified hiring signals. Give the API a company or a market and it returns which companies are actively hiring for a given role right now, read directly from company ATS feeds — Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday — rather than inferred from an intent model. 450+ sources, roughly 2M signals a month, refreshed every three hours.

The API, the product and the billing are live. What it does not have is a repeatable way of reaching buyers. That is the entire job.

Who We Sell To

RevOps and GTM leads at B2B companies already doing signal-based selling, and owners of recruitment and staffing agencies across the UK, EU and US. Plans run EUR 79–399/month with larger custom contracts above that.

What You Would Do

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

  • Build and maintain sending infrastructure — domains, mailboxes, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, LinkedIn senders operating inside safe limits
  • Build the audiences. I have a list of about 40 competitors and adjacent vendors; the people who follow and engage with them are audience one. RevOps and GTM titles are audience two. Staffing agency owners are audience three
  • Run the tooling — Clay, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, HeyReach, Apollo, Valley, Gojiberry, whatever you have actually run and can defend. I pay for subscriptions
  • Write and test sequences. I supply positioning, proof points and technical detail; you own structure, copy and the test loop
  • Report weekly on sent, reply rate, positive reply rate and meetings booked, split by audience and signal type
  • Leave documentation good enough that I could run it without you

How It's Structured

Four-week paid build with clear checkpoints — infrastructure live and sending in week one, readable reply rates by week three, a written recommendation in week four. Monthly retainer after that if the numbers justify it. Remote, three hours of overlap with Central European Time.

What I Care About

You can explain how a sending domain gets burned. You have sold to technical or ops buyers, or can tell me why you'd be good at it. You know what GDPR means for outbound in Europe — I run a UK company selling into the EU and UK. You write English that doesn't read like model output.

Useful but not required: experience selling APIs, data or infrastructure to sceptical buyers; familiarity with the recruitment market; comfort with webhooks, since my own product is a signal source and feeding it back into our own outbound is an obvious move.

How to Apply

Applications come to me by email and I read all of them. Answer the screening questions specifically. Five conversations with real RevOps buyers beats fifty link clicks, and I hire the same way.
