About the Company
Our client is a leader in ultra-sensitive biomarker detection, enabling breakthroughs in disease research, diagnostics, and drug development. Role Overview: Lead Generation Specialist
The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for driving qualified pipeline opportunities for the Business Development team through outbound prospecting. This role partners closely with Marketing to execute outreach campaigns supporting the placement of instrumentation. The position reports to the Global Director of Lead Generation and is ideal for a results-driven self-starter who thrives in a target-based environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting via cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and other creative strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing to align campaigns, messaging, and targeting
- Identify, qualify, and engage prospective customers the portfolio
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team
- Meet or exceed cold call, activity, and pipeline generation targets
- Generate qualified opportunities that advance to Capabilities Presentations with Business Development
- Maintain accurate CRM and sales enablement tool records
- Test and refine outreach approaches to improve engagement and conversion

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or equivalent outbound sales role
- Proven experience with outbound prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing
- Experience working in a results-oriented, quota-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or equivalent outbound sales role
- Bachelor’s degree in a life science field
- Experience using AI tools to support prospecting or sales productivity
- Experience with sales enablement tools such as BioIntelli, GlobalData, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo
- Experience supporting sales of scientific, laboratory, or capital equipment

- Fully remote position, requirement to have a home office area with dependable internet connection
