Commission-Based Lead Generation Partner (Fully Remote)
Studio Prospektiv® is looking for a Lead Generation Partner to help us generate qualified sales meetings with potential clients.
You can work from anywhere in the world and set your own schedule, as long as you consistently generate qualified meetings.
We are open to working with someone who is new to lead generation, provided you are proactive, eager to learn, and confident in your ability to build a system that consistently books qualified meetings.
What you'll do
- Search for leads using Google, Google Maps, social media, AI tools, or whichever search methods you prefer.
- Reach out to leads using your preferred outreach channels (LinkedIn, cold email, cold calling, networking, Loom videos, or any other strategy you know works).
- Book qualified discovery calls directly through our calendar.
- Keep track of your outreach and booked meetings.
We provide hands-on training on our exact process, as well as our top-performing sales scripts to get you started.
We already have a clearly defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Our team handles all discovery calls, proposals, and closing—your sole focus is getting the right people into our calendar.

Compensation & Perks
- 20% commission on every client we successfully close from your booked meetings.
- Our starting project price is €10,000, meaning you earn a minimum of €2,000 per closed sale.
- Annual profit share: Performance bonuses tied to total yearly sales.
- 100% remote & flexible hours.
- No cap on earnings: The more qualified meetings you book, the more you earn.
What we're looking for
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organized mindset.
- Willingness to experiment with different outreach strategies.
Bonus points (not required):
- Previous lead generation or sales experience.
- Interest in branding and web design.
- Experience in the IT, digital, or creative agency sectors.

Application process
- Interview: If we like your Loom video, you will be invited to a 1-on-1 interview.
- Review: You will receive our internal documentation to review and ensure it's a mutual fit.
- Contract: We sign a partnership agreement and begin onboarding.
