Role Description

The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, remote role responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients for Taljac Innovation’s digital solution offerings. Day-to-day tasks include:

This role collaborates closely with sales and marketing to:

  • Refine outreach strategies

  • Report on lead generation performance and pipeline health

The position requires consistent follow-up, clear communication, and a proactive approach to growing the sales funnel.

Qualifications

  • Ability to identify and develop new leads, with strong lead generation skills focused on digital and outbound channels.
  • Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal outreach to prospective clients.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with experience supporting or working within a sales process and converting leads to opportunities.
  • Strong research skills for analyzing markets, industries, and target accounts to find qualified prospects.
  • Comfort using CRM or lead management tools and basic proficiency with spreadsheets or databases.
  • Self-directed, organized, and able to manage multiple outreach campaigns in a remote environment.
  • Prior experience in B2B technology, software, or digital services is beneficial.
  • Relevant education or training in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
