Job Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses to confirm and update information related to their current communications and broadband infrastructure.
  • Engage with key decision-makers to discuss their existing providers, packages, and identify any service challenges or requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all conversations and data within the CRM system.
  • Meet daily and weekly targets for data collection and lead qualification.
  • Provide detailed feedback and reports on market insights and client needs to the management team.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance communication techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and an approachable, professional phone manner.
  • Ability to confidently engage with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data recording.
  • Target-oriented mindset with resilience and a positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in telemarketing or sales preferred, but not essential.

Compensation:

  • Basic salary: £23,809.50 - £24,784.00
  • OTE: £28,000 - £30,000
