Hours: Flexible, part-time

About Endeavour Consultancy
Endeavour Consultancy helps organisations improve their environmental, social and governance performance through practical ESG support, sustainability strategy, policy analysis and stakeholder engagement.
We are seeking a proactive and organised Lead Generation Specialist to help identify organisations that could benefit from our services and build a reliable pipeline of qualified prospects.
The Role
You will research potential clients, identify suitable decision-makers and maintain accurate prospect information for outreach campaigns. This is primarily a research and lead-generation position; you will not be expected to deliver consultancy services or independently close sales.
The role is remote and offers flexible working hours. It would suit someone who is confident conducting online research, working with lead-generation platforms and recognising promising business opportunities.
This is a commission-only opportunity and is not paid on an hourly or salaried basis. There is no fixed wage or guaranteed level of income. Commission is earned only when a lead generated by the contractor results in a confirmed and paid client engagement for Endeavour Consultancy. The applicable commission rate, eligibility conditions and payment schedule will be agreed in writing before work begins.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify organisations that match Endeavour Consultancy’s target client profiles.
- Research relevant sectors, markets and geographic locations.
- Find appropriate decision-makers, such as sustainability, ESG, compliance, operations and senior management professionals.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using Apollo and other approved research tools.
- Verify contact details and remove unsuitable, duplicated or low-quality leads.
- Categorise prospects by sector, location, company size and potential need.
- Add qualified prospects to the correct lists and outreach sequences.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of lead-generation activity.
- Monitor basic campaign results and help identify which sectors and prospect profiles perform best.
- Follow applicable data-protection requirements and responsible outreach practices.
- Provide regular progress updates to the Managing Director.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
