We're looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and generating qualified B2B leads from the United States and European markets. If you have experience with LinkedIn outreach, prospecting, and building sales pipelines, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential clients in the US & EU markets.
- Generate qualified B2B leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Crunchbase, Google, and other prospecting tools.
- Build targeted prospect lists based on industry, company size, and decision-makers.
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels.
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead data in CRM and update prospect information.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach campaigns.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead Generation or Business Development.
- Proven experience targeting clients in the US and/or European markets.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar lead generation platforms.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and achieve KPIs.
