Lead Generation Specialist at GrowthPoint PR
Remote (anywhere) · 25–30 hrs/week · £15–£20/hr · Contractor
About us
GrowthPoint PR is a premium PR agency. We place clients in publications like Forbes, Entrepreneur, Yahoo, Inc., Time, Men's Health and USA Today, and run bespoke press tours across the UK, US and Australia, including podcast appearances (Dropping Bombs with Brad Lea) and TV slots (KTNV). We also shoot photography for selected UK clients, including the recent McDonald's x Xbox launch event in London, and we help clients establish their Google Knowledge Panels.
The role
We deliver results our clients are happy to shout about. What we don't yet have is a predictable machine bringing new ones to us. That's the job.
We're looking for someone to own lead generation end to end and decide how it gets done. Paid ads, email, outbound, partnerships, whatever you can prove works for a premium service selling to founders and personal brands. You pick the channels, build the funnels and answer for the numbers. You'll have real autonomy here: no existing playbook to inherit, no committee to sit through, and direct access to the C-suite to get decisions made quickly.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
Graduate Consultant — 2026 Scheme
Why you're a good match
StrongYour economics background and your summer at a regional bank line up with what PwC looks for on the consulting scheme. Applications close in four weeks.
See breakdownIt searches the market for you
Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.
Why you're a good match
You’ve got the grades and the economics background, and your bank internship is exactly the experience this scheme looks for. Apply soon — deadlines close within the month.
Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Your job ends at the booked call. Our CRM and backend are already handled by someone else, and our closers take it from there. You focus purely on filling the calendar with the right people.
We also have a content and social function running alongside you, so you won't be starting from a blank brand. Creative support is there when your campaigns need it.
This role is tied to performance, not hours. Work at 1am or 1pm. As long as the pipeline grows, your schedule is yours.
What you'll do
- Own lead generation end to end, from channel selection through to booked calls
- Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns wherever our buyers actually are
- Build and run email and outbound sequences, from list building to follow-up
- Write and test ad copy, landing pages and offers, with support from our content team
- Drive qualified prospects to book calls that land in our iClosed funnel
- Track the metrics that matter: cost per lead, cost per booked call, and conversion to paying client
- Report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what you want to test next
What you'll need
- A demonstrable track record generating B2B leads, ideally for high-ticket or service-based offers. Show us numbers
- Hands-on experience running paid ads and managing a budget yourself, not briefing someone else to do it
- A strong grasp of funnel mechanics: offer, landing page, follow-up, booking
- Copywriting ability for ads and emails
- An analytical head. You can read the data and tell us what it means, not just what it says
- Excellent written English and clear, timely communication
- Comfort working with Monday.com and AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT

Nice to have: experience marketing an agency or professional services firm, email deliverability knowledge, landing page building (Framer, Webflow, Unbounce or similar), and experience selling to founders or high-net-worth individuals.
Location
Fully remote, anywhere. Some overlap with UK working hours makes collaboration easier, but we care about results, not your timezone.
How it works
- £15–£20 per hour, depending on experience
- 25–30 hours per week
- 4-week paid probation to review results, responsiveness and how you handle feedback
- Full support from the C-suite and heads of department, with proper onboarding and the access you need
- If the numbers are strong, we're looking to take someone on full time
