Lead Generator / Sales & Marketing Executive - Coulsdon - Office Based

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join a growing business in a varied and hands-on commercial role. You'll be planning and delivering campaigns, using LinkedIn to identify and engage with potential customers, and respond to enquiries and interactions to understand what prospects are looking for.

Key Duties

  • Manage incoming sales enquiries by phone and email, ensuring leads are followed up and allocated appropriately.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns designed to generate new leads and support sales growth.
  • Use LinkedIn and tools such as Sales Navigator to identify and engage with potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate customer and prospect information across CRM and internal systems.
  • Research and build target prospect lists, including supporting outreach activity through LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
  • Coordinate social media activity, including preparing, scheduling, and publishing content.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns and keeping website content up to date.
  • The role will be varied and encompass Reception duties as well, including meeting and greeting visitors, meeting room preparation, and other general administration.

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in marketing/lead generation, delivering email campaigns, and following up sales enquiries and leads.
  • Must have a minimum of 12 months experience with marketing and delivering campaigns and/or using LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Confident to work independently.
  • Organised and proactive and happy to pick up the phone!
  • Must live locally to Coulsdon, with a maximum 45-minute commute as the role is office-based.
  • Minimum grade B in English at GCSE.
