The Role

We are currently seeking a Lead Generator to support our field-based sales team by generating high-quality appointments and contributing to future business growth.

As a Lead Generator, you will play a key role in supporting our sales function by engaging prospective customers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring opportunities are progressed efficiently.

You will be responsible for:

  • Working towards agreed daily activity and performance targets
  • Using and maintaining the contact management system to a high standard
  • Ensuring all client correspondence is accurate, relevant, and issued in a timely manner
  • Communicating effectively with the Sales Manager and Sales Executives regarding prospects and pipeline opportunities
  • Developing a strong understanding of the products and services provided by Johnsons Workwear and the wider Johnson Service Group
  • Supporting the wider team with ad-hoc duties as required
