Swift Switch is a fast-growing utilities consultancy based in Shoreditch, helping businesses reduce costs across Energy, Payments, Telecoms, Waste, and Water. We partner with over 50 leading suppliers to deliver efficient, profitable solutions for our clients.
The Role
This is a phone-based B2B lead-generation role with a clear, structured pathway into a Sales Broker position. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, identifying opportunities, qualifying needs, and booking appointments for our senior brokers.

The role is ideal for someone confident on the phone, target-driven, and motivated to build a career in B2B sales. Strong performance leads to progression into a Sales Broker role, where you’ll manage your own portfolio and close deals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to UK businesses and engage with decision-makers
- Understand and qualify prospects’ utility requirements
- Book high-quality appointments for senior brokers
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead targets
- Develop knowledge across Energy, Telecoms, Payments, Waste, and Water
What We’re Looking For

- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Motivated, target-driven, and ambitious
- Resilient and comfortable with high call volumes
- Strong interest in progressing to a Sales Broker role
- Previous experience in customer service, telesales, or call centres is advantageous but not essential (full training provided)
