Role Description
The Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential business opportunities for OpenLead UK’s clients. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Researching target markets
- Prospecting via email, phone, and digital channels
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions in CRM tools
- Collaborating with the sales team to hand off qualified leads
- Optimizing outreach strategies based on performance data
- Following structured scripts while adapting messaging to different audiences

This is a full-time remote role, requiring consistent communication, reliable self-management, and the ability to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
Qualifications
- Strong lead generation and prospecting skills, including comfort with outbound calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Experience with CRM systems and basic data entry, plus the ability to maintain organized, accurate records of leads and activities.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different industries and decision-makers.
- Basic understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, CHAMP) is highly beneficial.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and consistently meet performance goals.
- Comfort using online tools and marketplaces, with strong general digital literacy and willingness to learn new platforms.
- Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, customer service, or business development is an advantage.
- High level of integrity, resilience, and a results-focused mindset; ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional approach.
