Role Description
The Lead Generator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The Lead Generator will identify and qualify potential business clients through outbound calls, emails, and online research, focusing on organizations that can benefit from optimized energy contracts and sustainability solutions. The role also involves:

The Lead Generator is expected to meet activity and conversion targets while delivering a professional, service-oriented experience to every potential client.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with business decision-makers by phone and email.
- Experience in lead generation, telesales, or business development, preferably in B2B services or energy-related sectors.
- Proficiency with basic office software and CRM tools, along with accurate data entry and record-keeping skills.
- Solid research and analytical abilities to identify target businesses, understand their needs, and qualify opportunities effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset, comfortable working to clear activity and performance targets in a structured environment.
- Ability to work on-site in Newcastle Upon Tyne, collaborate with the consulting and sales teams, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Interest in sustainability and energy efficiency; prior exposure to utilities or energy consulting is an advantage.
- Educational background in business, sales, marketing, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent experience will be considered.
