Creative Lead/Lead Designer
Creative lead/Lead Designer to work for a progressive brand in the tech/business services space. This role will lead on all things creative within the business. This will be across brand and campaign and we are looking for someone to work with the SLT on meaty projects along with day-to-day creative management. You will bring with you a background in graphic design, with the ability to lead on creative projects but also deliver. This is not a delegating role, although there will be agency and freelancer management when required.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week in the office close to Leeds. You will have a strong background in digital design, ideally some experience in video & motion, used the latest AI tools when required and a strong visual portfolio that is more corporate than illustration style.

About You:
- Senior/lead designer
- Can bring strategy, senior stakeholder management and being hands-on
- Take creative vision and deliver
- Push the boundaries creatively
- Work autonomously and get things done
- Background within B2B
What You'll Be Doing:
- Working with marketing and the wider senior team on all things creative
- Managing brand and campaign creative
- Working on the strategy and being hands-on with design
- Working across all digital channels and some print
- Managing external resources when required
