We’re looking for an inspiring Lead Group Worker to join our Children and Family Wellbeing Service in South Ribble, someone who can energise teams, support communities, and deliver impactful group programmes that change lives.

- Can lead and motivate a team to achieve real outcomes
- Builds strong, respectful relationships with ease
- Understands the challenges families face today
