Compensation: £85,000 – £115,000 per year + Bonus & Equity Options

About the Role

On behalf of our client, a leading global online delivery and food-tech platform, we are hiring a Lead GTM Program Manager Enterprise - Retail Media in London. In this high-impact commercial role, you will orchestrate go-to-market (GTM) strategy, product commercialization, and operational execution for enterprise retail media networks, enabling CPG brands and merchant partners to maximize advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and program execution for the enterprise retail media advertising portfolio across the UK and international markets.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Ad Sales leadership to translate retail media innovations into market-ready commercial propositions.
  • Build scalable commercial frameworks, pricing rate cards, advertiser packaging, and joint business partnership (JBP) programs.
  • Oversee cross-functional launch workstreams ensuring timely operational readiness across sales enablement, marketing, and client reporting.
  • Establish GTM performance tracking, pipeline health metrics, and adoption dashboards for executive leadership.
  • Conduct in-depth competitive intelligence on retail media networks (RMNs) and digital ad tech trends to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Direct commercial beta programs, gathering enterprise advertiser feedback to guide future advertising product iterations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 7+ years of go-to-market program management, commercial product marketing, or ad tech commercial strategy experience.
  • Deep expertise in retail media networks (RMN), digital advertising ecosystems, programmatic advertising, or CPG brand marketing.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling enterprise B2B advertising products or commercial programs.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in building business cases and modeling financial revenue streams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and executive presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related quantitative discipline.
  • Fluent in English.
