Join the Haematology Pharmacy Team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust

Become part of a specialist multidisciplinary team delivering services across inpatient, ambulatory, day unit and outpatient settings. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience in advanced haematology practice, including CAR-T therapy, haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and other novel treatments. We are seeking a motivated pharmacist to join our team as part of an established job-share arrangement.

The post holder will support pharmacy services within the Haematology Day Unit and Ambulatory Care Unit, providing specialist pharmaceutical care for patients with complex haematological conditions. They will contribute to the implementation of new therapies, service development and quality improvement initiatives. The role includes responsibilities across inpatient and outpatient haematology services, including HSCT, CAR-T therapy and ward-based clinical pharmacy services. Working closely with consultants, nurses and the wider multidisciplinary team, the post holder will deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and support ongoing service development. Suitably qualified independent prescribers may have opportunities to utilise and develop their prescribing skills within outpatient services, in line with service requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical, leadership and service development skills within a supportive specialist team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
