Lead Hardware Design Engineer
This is a senior opportunity for an experienced Hardware Design Engineer with a background in high-reliability electronics who is ready to take on technical leadership and progress into a Hardware Manager role within the next 2–3 years.
As part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, this role will focus on developing FPGA/ASIC-based electronic systems while managing complex hardware development activities.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the hardware product development lifecycle, including specification, design, testing, detailed circuit design, schematic capture, component selection, and electronic simulation.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years’ hardware design experience.
- Strong technical leadership skills.
- Experience in high-speed digital design.

Desirable Skills
- RF design and validation.
- Radiation effects and mitigation.
- DC/DC power supply design.
- Knowledge of environmental, thermal, safety, and EMI/EMC standards.
Position: Lead Hardware Design Engineer
Salary: £85,000–£100,000, potentially higher for the right candidate.
