Lead Hardware Design Engineer
This is a senior opportunity for a hardware design engineer with deep high-reliability electronics experience who is ready to take on technical leadership and progress into a Hardware Manager role.
As part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, this role will focus on developing FPGA/ASIC-based telecommunications payloads for a variety of applications, while managing complex hardware development activities.

The successful hardware design engineer will take ownership of the hardware product development lifecycle, including specification, design, testing, detailed circuit design, schematic capture, component selection and electronic simulation.
Essential Skills
- 10+ years’ hardware design experience
- Experience working with high-reliability electronics
- Leadership skills
- High-speed digital design

Salary: £85k–£100k, potentially more for the right person
