Lead Hardware Engineer - Marine
📍 London | Full-time | 20% travel
💰 £80k + £10k bonus
📈 1% equity from day one + 3% promised at next round
MNRecruit is delighted to be partnered with Samudra Oceans to find a Lead Hardware Engineer.
This is not a traditional management role.
You’ll be the senior hands-on hardware engineer, taking ownership of the technology from system architecture and prototyping through to manufacturing, Shenzhen suppliers and real-world sea trials.

You’ll work alongside a globally recognised Chief Science Officer and an incoming CTO from MIT faculty, developing technology that doesn’t exist yet.
