Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for interiors, excellent spatial awareness and the confidence to make decisions and lead projects independently.

Previous experience in home staging, interior design or high-end residential styling is important. You should be organised, practical and comfortable working in a fast-moving, hands-on environment.

The role is full-time and London-based, with travel to properties across London and occasionally outside London. A driving licence is highly desirable.

This would suit someone who loves beautiful interiors but also understands the practical, commercial side of preparing properties for sale.

As the business grows, I’ll be focusing increasingly on the wider development and direction of Decor No5, so I’m looking for someone who can become an important part of the team and take real ownership of our staging projects.

If this sounds like you, please apply via LinkedIn with your CV and portfolio/examples of your work.
