Established in 2008, Oyster Search & Selection specialise in recruiting HR professionals on behalf of a range of clients in Legal, Professional and Financial Services nationwide and internationally. We recruit into roles for both HR Generalists and HR Specialists on a permanent and interim basis.

Working as part of a high-performing HR team, the Lead HRBP will act as a trusted adviser to partners across a range of practice areas, to shape people decisions that strengthen performance, culture and the long term success of the firm as it continues to grow in line with its strategic aims. You will also line manage, coach and mentor two HRBPs, and act as a senior escalation point on complex ER matters and as a role model within the HR team, coaching others and raising capability, consistency and confidence.

In particular, you should have an excellent grounding in the full employee life cycle, including Employee Relations, Change, Talent and Performance Management. HR Project Management experience would also be helpful. It goes without saying that you will be technically competent, commercially aware, pragmatic in approach and effective at stakeholder management.
