Lead Consultant

Steadman Hub are working exclusively with a major HubSpot partner, known for large-scale digital transformation projects spanning HubSpot implementations, migrations, optimisations, and marketing retainers. They are due to go through a major expansion of their operation and are seeking a Lead Consultant to join the team.

As a Lead Consultant, you will drive projects forward - leading discovery and supporting specialists on implementation. You'll need to be able to challenge client requirements and build solutions that genuinely transform a business's systems. You'll map architecture, and design integrations that support broader business growth too.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HubSpot implementation projects from pre-sales to go-live - gathering business requirements and mapping solutions for the team
  • Support on technical build across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs
  • Mentor junior consultants and lead the delivery function
  • Map integrations, highlighting where API/Middleware is needed, and where HubSpot functionality can be used

Experience and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a HubSpot agency is a must - you need to have delivered major digital transformation projects across the full suite
  • Strong ability to challenge client requirements
  • Strong technical understanding of how to configure HubSpot
  • Leadership roles where you supported junior team members grow
