Lead IAM Consultant
We're looking for a Lead IAM Consultant for a 6-month contract in Crawley, supporting a major UK airline. This is an enterprise IAM programme focused on data discovery, reconciliation and establishing a trusted control baseline.
You'll lead IAM discovery, run workshops with stakeholders and application owners, assess current controls and identify gaps across identity lifecycle, access governance, PAM and application IAM. You'll turn complex findings into practical recommendations and clear executive reporting.

Key Skills:
- Strong IAM consulting and delivery experience
- JML, IGA, RBAC, PAM and access certification
- IAM data discovery, reconciliation and analysis
- SailPoint, Saviynt, MIM, Entra ID/Azure AD or Active Directory
- CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Okta or Ping Identity
- PowerShell, Python, SQL or Bash/Shell
- HRMS, ITSM and directory services experience
- Strong stakeholder and workshop skills
