This role sits within the Customer Experience function CXO, which is responsible for defining and operationalising the customer strategy, customer experience, and customer journey across all channels, working closely with the regions and the Solutions & Services function. It will aggregate cross-region themes and infuse the voice of the customer into all aspects of business decision-making. It will also evolve our global RS brand proposition and architecture.
Role Purpose:
In this role, reporting to the Informatica Developer Manager, you will support the build and maintenance of the production, development, and test platform- and reference data configuration components on our critical global Customer Data Master (CDM) platform. This platform on the Informatica Intelligent Data Cloud, is Customer 360 and related applications, including “Business 360”, “Data Quality”, Cloud Data Integration, Cloud Application Integration, and “Administrator”.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Informatica Developer Manager to develop and maintain the Customer Data Master in Informatica C360
- Review entity, attribute, and hierarchy list and deliver the design recommendations for C360 data, modelling design, and development.
- Maintain and potentially extend our Data Model: Build, test, and deploy additional data attributes, with the resultant required extensions to our Data Model and Data Mappings.
- Adapt our data flows (ingresses and egresses): Build, test, and deploy changes to source data ingresses and egresses resulting from CDM data content changes.
- Deliver Ingress/CDI/API process design with preferred design patterns from SAP, Snowflake, and Adobe
- Deliver Egress/CDI/API process design with recommended design patterns to SAP, Treasure Data, Mulesoft, and Salesforce, as well as Snowflake
- Design and deliver the best practices for Data Quality, Match and merge, and survivorship functionality, and Data Enrichment requirements for C360, working with the Data Governance Lead.
- Design and deliver the C360 and R360 workflows/CAI/API components
- Work with Lead Users to set up secure agent, network configuration, SSO setup, and user provisioning
- Deliver and maintain user roles definitions and reference data
- Participate in overall solutioning and design sessions where required
- Conduct reviews and health checks for the sprint deliverables. Conduct/demo C360 capabilities to the project/business team.
- Working Knowledge of REST API.
Support the CDM team with specialist knowledge of C360 and the customer data mastered within CDM
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of the Customer Master Database through rigorous testing and validation.
Compliance and Security: Help to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and build and test robust security measures to protect customer information.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process documentation.
Process Development and Continuous Improvement: Develop and continuously improve the end-to-end customer data management process, incorporating feedback from stakeholders and end-users to enhance functionality, usability, and data quality.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Experience: 5-7 years hands-on experience on the Informatica CDM platform - preferably the SaaS version - using the applications Customer360, Business360, Reference360, Data Quality, Administration, amongst others.
Product/Technical Knowledge and Delivery: Proven experience on build/configure, test, and deployment of Informatica CDM C360. Proven experience designing and developing CDI data integrations (ingresses & egresses). SQL skills essential.
Organisation Skills: Ability to organise and structure the development/configuration, test, and deploy activities in both agile and waterfall delivery models.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence co-workers at all levels.
Agile Experience: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Compliance: Basic familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience implementing security measures.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills inside a results-driven mindset.
Project Delivery Tools: Experience with tools such as JIRA, and Confluence
Desirable Skills & Experience
Certifications: Any Cloud Data Integration-, or Cloud Application Integration platforms. Informatica would be a plus.
Knowledge of any of Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Treasure Data would be a plus.
