IT Support Lead & Infrastructure Engineer | Central London | Hybrid - £60,000 - £70,000
We’re looking for a hands-on IT leader to join a high-performing global financial services organisation and help shape the next stage of its technology journey.
This isn’t a traditional IT support role. You’ll lead the London support function, provide senior technical escalation, and get stuck into infrastructure across Azure, AVD, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365 and networking.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead and develop a high-quality London IT support function
- Provide 2nd-line escalation and own complex technical issues through to resolution
- Support senior executives and deliver genuinely white-glove service
- Work hands-on across Azure, AVD, Intune/ConfigMgr, Entra ID and networking
- Oversee a 24/7 global support partner
- Drive service improvement, automation, ITIL practices and operational excellence
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security and Applications teams on global projects

What we’re looking for
- You’ll likely have ~7 years’ IT support/end-user services experience, including leadership or senior escalation experience.
- You’ll combine strong technical capability with exceptional customer service, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with PowerShell, Terraform, ITIL and regulated/financial environments is a bonus.
