Insights Analyst

We are expanding our Analytics function and are seeking an Insights Analyst to join our dynamic and growing Insights team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has a strong analytical mindset, a passion for data-driven decision-making, and is equally passionate about translating complex data into actionable business insights.

You will be dedicated to a specific business area working with its General Manager (and their team members) to provide in-depth analysis and build data products to help them make decisions to improve profit performance. You will also represent the wider Data Team (Engineers, BI Analysts, Data Scientists) to the General Manager, and support them with any data-related query they may have. You will collaborate closely with the other insights analysts in the Insights team, who are based in the UK, the US, and India. You will become the data expert for your vertical and will provide recommendations based on data trends and patterns.

This is a critical leadership role as our data organization expands to meet growing demand across media performance, optimization, customer insights, and advanced analytics. If this opportunity excites you, we encourage you to apply.

What you’ll do:

  • Investigate performance, trends, forecasts, and bugs across multiple traffic sources and user journeys, reporting back to stakeholders with recommendations
  • Proactively identify areas where the data team can add value to the business, and collaborate with business and marketing teams to action those insights.
  • Contribute to reporting and ad-hoc data requests from the General Manager of your dedicated business area and members of their team.
  • Accelerate the organization from basic reporting and analysis to predictive/prescriptive analytics by outputting data products that can be used to generate reusable insights
  • Act as the primary data contact for your business area, working with the General Manager and members of their team to gather requirements, prioritize projects, and communicate progress on a regular basis.
  • Communicate and answer questions based on your findings and recommendations to an audience of technical and non-technical stakeholders of multiple seniority levels.
  • Support your direct reports alongside other senior members of the Insights team to answer any technical questions and prioritize work based on value driven to the business
  • Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks based on value driven to the business
  • Strike the balance between maintaining high standards of analytical work and delivering value consistently

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
