Organization: Inegben Academy

Role: Lead Instructor (Contract / Part-Time)

Track: 3-Month Advanced Modular Course (Live Sessions)

About The Role

Inegben Academy is expanding its curriculum with a highly specialized, 3-month advanced training track designed for practicing GRC professionals transitioning into senior healthcare compliance roles. We are seeking a seasoned, actively practicing GRC expert to lead our upcoming GRC cohorts.

This is not a theoretical lecturing role. You will be guiding advanced students and professional through the practical harmonization of complex mandates—including HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001—and helping them operationalize these frameworks across clinical systems, AWS cloud infrastructure, and emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Live Cohorts: Deliver highly engaging, weekly live training sessions covering the intricacies of healthcare compliance, technical security controls, and enterprise risk management.
  • Evaluate Practical Projects: Review and grade complex student assignments, including Harmonization Matrices, AI usage validation workbooks, and SOC 2 vendor evaluations.
  • Cohort Coordination: Work closely with our dedicated program managers, to ensure seamless execution of the curriculum, student progress tracking, and resource distribution.
  • Capstone Defense Leadership: Serve as the lead panelist during the final month’s mock consulting audits, grilling students on their Enterprise Resilience Plans and risk scoring matrices in a simulated board environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
