Lead Integrator, AI Transformation

Location: London
Salary: Competitive - will be discussed at interview stage
Hours: Full time (35 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week at one of our office sites

About this opportunity:

As Lead Integrator, AI Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in one of the most strategically important transformations within Business & Commercial Banking. We're reshaping how we deliver lending for our Business Banking and SME customers, improving speed, transparency, and reliability across the end-to-end lending journey.

Our ambition is to delight both customers and colleagues by designing and building friction-free experiences, removing unnecessary complexity, and using AI-powered capabilities to accelerate delivery, improve productivity, and create better outcomes. We're creating a modern, digital-first lending experience while supporting the Group's growth ambitions through scalable technology, simplified operating models, and intelligent automation.

In this role, you'll operate at the intersection of business, product, and technology. You'll coordinate complex, cross-platform transformation, bringing together priorities, backlogs, dependencies, and delivery teams to accelerate outcomes. Working across multiple platforms and partner groups, you'll help develop how AI capabilities are embedded into customer journeys and how AI-enabled ways of working transform the way products and services are delivered across the organisation.

This is a highly visible leadership role requiring strong commercial thinking, a product approach, and the ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable customer, colleague, and business value.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead the integration and execution of AI-enabled transformation initiatives across lending journeys, translating strategic priorities into coordinated delivery outcomes.
  • Shape and drive the adoption of AI-enabled capabilities, ensuring they create measurable value for customers, colleagues, and the business.
  • Coordinate work across multiple platforms and teams, connecting backlogs, dependencies, and priorities to accelerate the delivery of high-value customer and business outcomes.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, Architects, and business collaborators to identify, prioritise, and deliver AI opportunities across customer and colleague journeys.
  • Bring a strong product approach, challenging priorities, asking the right questions, and ensuring investment decisions remain focused on measurable commercial, customer, and operational outcomes.
  • Lead experimentation, proofs of concept, and pilot initiatives to validate emerging AI opportunities and accelerate adoption across product and technology teams.
  • Find opportunities to use AI, automation, and emerging technologies to improve software delivery, simplify operating models, and accelerate the path from idea to production.
  • Influence senior leaders across Business & Commercial Banking, Technology, Risk, and Operations, bringing clarity to complexity and driving alignment around strategic transformation priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
