Put your network to work with Keystone IQ

Your relationships took years to build. They could now open the door to something new.

Keystone IQ is looking for experienced senior executives with established relationships across private equity, venture capital, banking, corporate finance, M&A and the wider deal advisory community to join our network of Lead Introducers.

If you already know the people making, assessing and supporting investment decisions, this is an opportunity to create value from those relationships without taking on a traditional commercial role. You make the introduction. We take it from there.

Your network is the opportunity

Over the course of a senior career, you've built something valuable: trusted relationships. Those relationships are what matter to us.

We are looking for people who understand the investment landscape, know where Keystone IQ could add value and can make credible, warm introductions to the right people within their existing network.

There is no cold calling, prospecting or pipeline building. You open the right door. Keystone IQ handles the conversation, demonstration, proposal and delivery.

Why Keystone IQ?

Private equity depends on understanding the quality and future potential of revenue. But conventional analysis can only reveal part of the picture. Keystone IQ provides revenue quality and value creation intelligence to private equity deal teams, built from customer transaction data at entry, hold and exit. We reveal customer concentration, retention, acquisition, churn, revenue durability and customer movement, helping investors and management teams see what sits beneath the headline numbers. That intelligence can be applied throughout the PE deal lifecycle, from assessing an opportunity to identifying and delivering post-investment value creation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
