Salary – Grade 3/Scale Point 5 (Hourly rate: £16.81)

We are looking for a Lead Invigilator of Access Arrangements to Coordinate assigned invigilators during exam periods. Key responsibilities include working closely with the Exams Officer to make the necessary preparations for access arrangements ahead of internal assessment weeks and public exams, having operational oversight of access arrangements during internal assessment weeks and public exams, communicating effectively with the Exams Officer, the Learning and Inclusion Department, and relevant MLT/SLT during assessment weeks and public exams, and ensuring invigilators are deployed effectively and students are supported in line with JCQ regulations.

This role has variable hours during Term time only for fixed periods which will be confirmed and agreed with the Examinations Officer. Most exams are taken in November, December, May and June so availability during these times is essential.

We are keen to recruit as soon as possible, and successful candidates will be required to attend a 2 hour training session along with future training alongside the Exams Officer and Learning Inclusion Department.
