Lead IT Business Analyst – Shape the Future of Housing Services at Peabody
Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to make a real impact? As a Lead IT Business Analyst at Peabody, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering one of the most significant digital transformation programmes in our organisation.
Working as part of our Peabody on Point Programme, you’ll help shape the future of housing services through the implementation and ongoing evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. You’ll collaborate with colleagues from across the business to deliver technology-enabled change that improves services for residents, enhances colleague experience and supports Peabody’s long-term ambitions.
This is a high-profile role offering significant visibility, influence and the opportunity to help create a more connected, efficient and resident-focused future.
What You’ll Do
- Lead business analysis activities across the Dynamics 365 CRM transformation programme
- Act as the Business Analysis lead for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, helping shape the product roadmap and future platform capabilities
- Work closely with operational teams to understand challenges, identify opportunities and define future operating models
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions and requirements gathering activities
- Lead analysis and redesign of end-to-end resident journeys, ensuring a resident-centred approach to service delivery
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers and implementation partners to deliver effective solutions
- Drive process standardisation and optimisation across housing and customer-facing services
- Support data migration, data quality improvement and integration activities across multiple platforms
- Lead, mentor and develop Business Analysts, promoting best practice and continuous improvement
- Support benefits realisation activities, helping ensure measurable improvements in resident experience, efficiency and service performance

Essential
What you’ll need
- Significant experience leading business analysis activity within large-scale business transformation programmes
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, enhancements or transformation programmes
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CRM best practice
- Extensive experience gathering, documenting and managing business, functional and non-functional requirements
- Strong process analysis, process improvement and future-state design experience
- Experience defining reporting, dashboard and management information requirements
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders within complex organisations
- Experience working with implementation partners and third-party suppliers
- Strong Agile delivery experience, including user stories and acceptance criteria
- Excellent workshop facilitation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting integration, testing, data migration and change adoption activities
- Experience leading, mentoring and developing Business Analysts
Desirable
- Experience within the Housing Association or Social Housing sector
- Understanding of housing processes including repairs, complaints, tenancy management and resident engagement
- Knowledge of housing regulation and consumer standards
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with housing management systems and digital services
- Agile certifications such as Scrum, SAFe or ICAgile
- Professional Business Analysis qualifications such as BCS Business Analysis Diploma, CBAP or equivalent
