We are looking for a Lead IT Support Engineer to join us on a permanent contract. You will be the senior escalation point for complex technical issues, provide mentoring and guidance to Support Engineers, and help drive service excellence across the team.
What you'll do…
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex IT incidents and service requests.
- Support and enhance the day-to-day operation of the IT Service Desk across TFG UK
- Manage and support Microsoft technologies including Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Teams and SharePoint
- Lead technical investigations, identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
- Deliver technology projects such as device refreshes, office moves and store technology upgrades
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge resources
- Mentor Support Engineers and promote best practice across the team
- Partner with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, high-quality IT support services

- An experienced IT support professional with strong expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows and endpoint management
- A customer-focused problem solver who takes ownership and delivers excellent service
- A confident communicator, able to build relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experienced in troubleshooting complex issues and driving continuous improvement
- A natural mentor who enjoys coaching colleagues and sharing technical knowledge
