The Role
We are working with a reputable digital business transformation consultancy, whose client is looking for an experienced Lead Learning Designer to support the development of mandatory AI training for a global organisation.
The learning will focus on responsible AI usage within the organisation, including internal AI policies, adoption and implementation, and relevant EU AI regulations. You’ll lead on the learning design, producing storyboards and scripts before passing these across for development.

This is a 16-day contract, running between now and mid-November, working directly on client-facing learning.
The client is looking for someone who has…
- Strong experience designing corporate digital learning and compliance training
- Experience creating detailed storyboards and scripts for eLearning development
- A good understanding of AI adoption, responsible AI usage and/or AI policy (Desirable)
- Confidence working directly with clients and translating complex subject matter into clear, engaging learning
