Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end learning design process, from discovery and requirements gathering through development, quality assurance, and delivery.
- Define learning objectives, learner personas, project scopes, timelines, resource requirements, and development plans aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with sales, product, client success, solutions, and delivery teams to identify learning needs and recommend appropriate programs and learning pathways.
- Support client discovery and pre-sales conversations by assessing audience readiness, skill gaps, program objectives, and relevant workplace use cases.
- Design and develop instructor-led learning experiences for technical and non-technical audiences across AI, emerging technologies, digital transformation, leadership, professional skills, and workplace productivity.
- Create engaging instructional materials, including presentations, facilitator guides, learner workbooks, hands-on labs, case studies, simulations, assessments, and practical workplace exercises.
- Incorporate relevant AI tools and workplace technologies, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity, NotebookLM, and Midjourney, into learning activities where appropriate.
- Develop interactive exercises covering prompt refinement, workflow mapping, use case development, technical labs, coding challenges, ethical decision-making, and real-world business simulations.
- Translate complex technical concepts into accessible, structured learning experiences in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Apply adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, accessibility standards, and learning science to support measurable outcomes and practical workplace application.
- Keep learning content current by monitoring industry trends, evolving technology capabilities, emerging best practices, and responsible technology use.
- Manage development schedules, deliverables, quality standards, and the resources required for successful program delivery, including subject matter experts, instructional designers, assessment specialists, instructors, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare instructors to deliver high-quality training through facilitator resources, delivery guidance, tool setup instructions, troubleshooting materials, and activity facilitation notes.
- Partner with instructors and client teams to adapt programs for enterprise organizations, startups, government institutions, technical teams, business leaders, and cross-functional employee groups.
- Collect and analyze learning impact data to improve content, strengthen learner outcomes, and guide ongoing program development.
- Coordinate with translation and localization partners when adapting programs for international audiences.
- Work with product management and learning systems design teams to standardize reusable learning components, templates, assessments, activities, and program structures.
- Identify opportunities to turn customized learning materials into scalable products, repeatable delivery models, and reusable instructional resources.
- Contribute to the evolution of the learning portfolio by identifying emerging client requirements, market trends, and opportunities for new or improved learning solutions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
