Lead Lending Operations Analyst

About Elect Capital

Elect Capital is a fast-growing SME lender providing working capital loans, business loans, and merchant cash advances to small and medium-sized businesses across the UK, Australia, Canada, and the US. We exist to make fast, fair funding accessible to the businesses that keep local economies moving.

Our Mission

To become the most trusted lending partner for SMEs globally β€” combining speed, transparency, and genuine relationship-driven support at every stage of the loan journey.

Our Values: C.O.R.E

  • Challenge β€” We question the status quo and push for better outcomes.
  • Opportunity β€” We spot potential where others see risk.
  • Resilience β€” We stay steady and solutions-focused under pressure.
  • Edge β€” We bring sharp thinking and a competitive instinct to everything we do.

The Role

We're looking for a Lending Operations Team Lead to own the post-approval stage of our lending pipeline β€” the critical bridge between underwriting decisions and funds reaching our customers. You'll lead a team of Lending Operations Analysts ("preppers") responsible for preparing approved loans for completion: documentation, compliance checks, and final disbursement readiness. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives on process precision, team development, and keeping deals moving without compromising on accuracy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
