Lead Machine Learning Engineer | Up to £112,000 + Benefits
Want to stay hands-on with Machine Learning while stepping into a genuine leadership role? Looking for the opportunity to shape technical direction, develop engineers and work on complex AI products?
Our client is looking for a Lead Machine Learning Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.
This is a roughly 50/50 hands-on and leadership role, giving you the opportunity to remain close to the technology while leading and developing a talented engineering team.

What We’d Love to See
You’ll ideally bring strong Machine Learning Engineering experience alongside some leadership, mentoring or people-management experience. Experience delivering ML systems into production, strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to communicate technical ideas clearly will all be valuable.

Package
Up to £112,000, depending on experience, plus 10% pension, private medical cover, life assurance, critical illness cover and healthcare cash plan.
