If you're looking for more technical ownership, the chance to build production AI systems and work alongside exceptional engineers, this could be exactly what you're looking for.
This isn't a research role. You'll build, ship and optimise production AI systems that have a real impact.
You'll stay hands-on while helping shape the technical direction of the AI platform. From mentoring engineers to making key architectural decisions, you'll have genuine influence without stepping away from engineering.

✅ Experience they're looking for:
- Strong Python and Machine Learning experience
- Production AI / ML systems
- PyTorch or similar deep learning frameworks
- AWS and cloud infrastructure
- LLMs, RAG or Agentic AI
- Experience mentoring engineers
