We're looking for a Lead Manager - Online Grocery Trading to join us and help drive the performance and growth of our online grocery business. You'll be responsible for delivering a multi-billion-pound online sales plan across Food and General Merchandise, ensuring customers enjoy a seamless shopping experience while maximising commercial performance.

Working at the heart of our eCommerce operation, you'll lead trading activity across key categories, collaborate with senior stakeholders across the business, and partner with suppliers to drive online sales, basket growth, and customer engagement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Deliver and optimise online trading plans to drive sales growth and performance.
  • Lead the execution of key business events and promotional activity across Asda.com.
  • Work closely with Commercial, Marketing, Data & Insights, Product, Operations and external partners to deliver business objectives.
  • Partner with suppliers to maximise online opportunities and revenue growth.
  • Enhance the online customer journey and overall shopping experience.
  • Monitor and analyse trading performance, identifying opportunities to improve key metrics such as conversion and sales.
  • Support the development of new tools, processes and ways of working that improve team efficiency.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong commercial and trading mindset with the ability to make decisions at pace.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building effective relationships across functions and suppliers.
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to interpret performance insights and turn them into actions.
  • Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics or similar platforms.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with a passion for problem solving and continuous improvement.
