About The Role
Own the Enterprise marketing plan for EMEA. Diagnose the region’s pipeline and account priorities, determine where marketing can create or accelerate demand, and build the programs that produce that movement.
You’ll adapt proven programs from other regions when they fit, localize them when the market requires it, and build from scratch when the opportunity demands that investment. The work spans account-based demand, field marketing, executive engagement, partnerships, seller activation, and regional content.
This is a senior individual contributor role with regional segment ownership and hands-on execution. You’ll report to the Head of Enterprise Marketing and work in close partnership with EMEA Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships leadership to connect Enterprise priorities with the broader regional strategy.
What you'll do:
- Analyze the EMEA Enterprise funnel by market, territory, account, and opportunity. Build the regional marketing plan against pipeline gaps, sales priorities, account potential, and market conditions.
- Concentrate investment in the markets and account clusters with the strongest opportunity rather than attempting equal coverage across EMEA.
- Operate as the Enterprise marketing counterpart to EMEA Sales, bringing a clear point of view on where Marketing should invest and why.
- Adapt and activate proven programs from AMER and global teams, preserving what made them work while changing the audience, message, channel mix, content, and seller motion for EMEA. Build original regional programs when local buyer dynamics, language, regulation, industry context, partnerships, or sales priorities require a different approach.
- Design and execute integrated programs against clear account and pipeline objectives, owning the work end to end from targeting and seller activation through delivery, follow-up, and measurement.
- Adapt global and AMER content for EMEA audiences and create original regional assets when local market, customer, or sales context demands it.
- Experimentation: Design programs as measurable experiments with a clear hypothesis, audience, baseline, and decision criteria. Track account engagement, Sales Accepted Leads, opportunity movement, pipeline, and return on investment, then scale, change, or stop based on what the evidence shows.
- AI-native execution: Build AI into how EMEA Enterprise marketing operates, using agents, models, and automation for market and account research, funnel analysis, content localization, program creation, signal interpretation, personalization, and reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About You
Moving at our pace brings a lot of change, complexity, and ambiguity—and a little bit of chaos. Shopifolk thrive on that and are comfortable being uncomfortable. That means Shopify is not the right place for everyone.
Before you apply, consider if you can:
- Care deeply about what you do and about making commerce better for everyone
- Excel by seeking professional and personal hypergrowth
- Keep up with an unrelenting pace (the week, not the quarter)
- Be resilient and resourceful in face of ambiguity and thrive on (rather than endure) change
- Bring critical thought and opinion
- Put AI agents and tools to work on the tasks they're built for, and focus on the work only humans can do
- Embrace differences and disagreement to get shit done and move forward
- Work digital-first for your daily work
