Company Description

High performance isn't a given. It’s built on standards. Standards that have driven McLaren for over 60 years. And if you’re ready for the challenge, that standard is yours to own. Burning enthusiasm. Constant improvement. The thrill in the pursuit of better. That’s how we build a legacy. And how you build a career here. Because racing isn’t just something we do. It’s who we are. We are racers. Are you?

The Role

As Lead, MarCom Change & Transformation Programme, you will help Marketing & Commercial perform at its best by turning operating model strategy into sustainable organisational change. Working across people, process, technology and AI, you will ensure new ways of working are successfully implemented, adopted and embedded, creating the foundations for a more customer-first, efficient and high-performing function.

This is a hands-on delivery role focused on turning transformation plans into measurable business outcomes. You will work closely with leadership teams, MarCom Technology, the Project Management Office, the People Team and Internal Communications to coordinate transformation activity, drive adoption and ensure change delivers lasting value.

Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
