Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

Bristol – Hybrid
£55000 - £63000 + excellent benefits

Outsource UK is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Engineer in Mechanical Design to join an Engineering client who are a leader in their field on a permanent basis.

You'll be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering activities from concept through to customer commissioning and field trials.

This role offers the chance to lead a talented team, advocate for engineering best practices, and drive projects to successful completion while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

  • Lead mechanical engineering efforts across projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (essential)
  • Experience in mechanical engineering and design
  • Proven experience leading and motivating a team of engineers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and leadership experience
