Roles and Responsibilities
- Manufacturing Engineering Work: Not requiring a bachelor's degree. Primarily tactical responsibilities. This does not include general administrative work.
- Developing Technical Knowledge: Based on previous experience and acquired technical expertise to implement a policy/strategy.
- Understanding Operational Factors: Uses this understanding to accomplish own work. Deep understanding of how own team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to its domain.
- Discernment and Problem-Solving: Demonstrates discernment and is capable of proposing different solutions outside of defined parameters, within a framework of guidance. Based on previous experience and professional training to resolve simple tasks. Possesses the technical skills and analytical mind necessary for problem-solving. Can use several internal sources outside of own team to make decisions.
- Role Characteristics: Likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills or a People Leader capable of hiring and developing talent. Provides informal guidance to new team members.

Basic Qualifications
- For Roles Outside the US: This role requires significant experience in the function and digital audio workstation. Knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or a bachelor's degree with experience in a relevant field).
- For Roles in the US: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (or high school diploma and/or general education diploma with at least 4 years of experience in the function).
