Title: Lead Mobile Engineer

Time: Full-Time

Location: Remote (Europe, South America, or Central America)

Compensation: $120,000 - $180,000 USD / year + Equity ($40,000 - $60,000)

The Company

Our client is an AI-native financial system of record automating accounting from data entry to close. Founded by experienced entrepreneurs who previously built a $100M-revenue business, the company has raised over $100M from premier venture capital firms. They serve customers ranging from mid-market enterprises to NYSE-listed businesses, providing a customizable platform that handles multi-entity operations, multi-currency support, and real-time reporting. The team thrives in a high-speed, high-trust environment with a collaborative culture and zero bureaucracy.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a founding Lead Mobile Engineer to own and scale their mobile application platform from the ground up (0 to 1). Reporting directly to the Head of Engineering and co-founders, you will drive key architectural decisions to bring complex enterprise ERP software to mobile. This role offers strong autonomy to establish design system foundations, release production features daily, and eventually recruit, mentor, and build a dedicated mobile engineering team as the platform grows.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
