Lead Mobile Engineer
📍 London, United Kingdom (Remote)
120k - 180k Base + Significant Equity 🚀
Our client is building the operating system for finance.
While businesses rely on modern tools for almost everything, finance teams are still largely dependent on outdated software built decades ago. This AI-native ERP platform is changing that by automating accounting workflows from data entry through month-end close, helping businesses move faster, reduce costs, and operate with greater confidence.
In just two years, the company has raised over $100M from leading investors and is already trusted by customers ranging from high-growth startups to publicly listed enterprises.
Why This Opportunity?
This isn't another mobile engineering role where you're maintaining someone else's codebase. You will be the company's first dedicated mobile hire, responsible for building and owning the mobile experience from the ground up. You'll have the opportunity to shape architecture, influence product direction, and define how mobile fits into the future of the platform.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
