Lead NVIDIA Engineer
Our client, a leading service provider, is seeking an experienced Lead NVIDIA Engineer to help design, prototype, and deploy innovative AI solutions for enterprise and public-sector organisations.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and NVIDIA-powered enterprise solutions. You'll play a key role in helping major organisations transform complex business challenges into secure, scalable AI applications, working across sectors including government, financial services, healthcare, and other highly regulated industries.
As part of a growing AI practice, you'll collaborate with AI leaders, solution architects, and delivery teams to create next-generation AI accelerators, proofs of concept, and production-ready platforms using NVIDIA's enterprise AI ecosystem.
Job Title: Lead NVIDIA Engineer
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Central London
Hybrid: 1 day on-site per week
Salary: Up to £130,000 + Benefits
The Role:
- Design and build AI use cases, proofs of concept, and production-ready solutions for strategic clients.
- Develop agentic AI workflows, copilots, automation solutions, and intelligent assistants.
- Build and optimise large language model (LLM) and multimodal AI inference pipelines.
- Create secure, governed, enterprise-grade AI demonstrations and pilot programmes.
- Develop reusable accelerators, blueprints, and reference architectures.
- Shape technical proposals alongside AI leadership and solution architecture teams.
- Present solutions and technical concepts to client stakeholders and senior executives.
- Lead research, benchmarking, platform evaluations, and innovation initiatives.
- Support deployments across cloud, hybrid, and sovereign cloud environments.
- Champion responsible AI practices, governance, observability, and security.

Experience Required:
- Strong experience developing AI solutions using the NVIDIA ecosystem.
- Proven track record delivering AI use cases, prototypes, and proofs of concept for large enterprise clients.
- Hands-on expertise in Python development and LLM application development.
- Experience with RAG architectures, document intelligence, and workflow automation.
- Strong Azure cloud experience, including modern AI and data services.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployments.
- Ability to rapidly prototype, iterate, and demonstrate value to customers.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Current NVIDIA certification in Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI Infrastructure, or a related specialism (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of responsible AI, governance, security, and monitoring practices.

- Has excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
