Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Oracle/SAP Consultant – ERP, Finance & HR Transformation to drive our global ERP strategy. He/she will oversee the architecture, integration, and transformation of dual ERP landscape (Oracle and SAP). You will act as the bridge between Finance, HR, and IT, ensuring that our systems are not just transactional engines, but strategic enablers of business growth.
Key Deliverables
- ERP Strategy: Define and own the enterprise-wide ERP architecture strategy, ensuring alignment between Oracle and SAP landscapes to meet long-term business objectives.
- Finance & HR Transformation: Lead large-scale finance and HR transformation initiatives, driving process standardization, automation, and efficiency across global operations.
- Functional Leadership: Provide expert functional guidance to project teams, bridging the gap between technical constraints and business requirements.
Oracle Ecosystem Oversight
- Finance: Oversee the configuration and optimization of Oracle Fusion ERP and Oracle Financials Cloud, including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Procurement.
- HCM: Direct the strategy for Oracle HCM Cloud, covering Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruitment.
- Integration: Ensure seamless connectivity utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and associated middleware.

SAP Ecosystem Oversight
- Finance: Lead initiatives within SAP S/4HANA Finance, covering FI, CO, Treasury, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
- HCM: Manage the SAP SuccessFactors suite, specifically Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, and Learning Management.
- Integration: Utilize SAP BTP, SAP CPI, and SAP Fiori to ensure a unified user experience and data flow.
Delivery & Execution
- Assessments: Conduct comprehensive ERP assessments to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in the current architecture.
- Process Design: Lead the re-engineering of Finance and HR processes to align with industry best practices embedded in both Oracle and SAP.
- Roadmaps: Develop and maintain multi-year ERP roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives based on business value and technical dependency.
- Integration Strategy: Architect a robust integration strategy that ensures real-time, accurate data flow between the Oracle and SAP instances.
- Configuration Guidance: Provide hands-on oversight and expert guidance for module configuration, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.

Ideal Profile
- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, strategy, or architecture.
- Experience in complex, multinational environments.
- Proven track record of managing BOTH Oracle and SAP ecosystems simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred).
- ERP Architecture: Deep understanding of enterprise application architecture, data models, and security frameworks.
- Finance & HR Transformation: Demonstrated success in driving large-scale business process re-engineering (Finance and HR).
- ERP Integration: Expert-level knowledge of middleware and integration platforms, including OIC, BTP, CPI, and API management.
- Oracle: Strong command of Oracle Fusion ERP, Financials Cloud, and HCM Cloud modules.
- SAP: Strong command of S/4HANA Finance and SuccessFactors modules.
- Experience delivering ERP Assessments, Process Design documents, Roadmaps, and Integration Strategies.
- Ability to provide "hands-on" Module Configuration Guidance during critical project phases.
