Lead OT Cyber Security Engineer

£75,000 - £82,000 + Excellent Benefits
Remote | Energy Sector

We're working exclusively with a global organisation operating within the energy and critical infrastructure sector to recruit a Senior OT Cyber Security Consultant.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the forefront of the energy transition, supporting major utility and industrial organisations across Europe with OT and ICS cybersecurity programmes.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers strengthen the security of critical operational environments while supporting the development and delivery of innovative cybersecurity solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising utility and industrial customers on OT cybersecurity strategy
  • Designing and delivering OT security solutions
  • Supporting customer workshops, demonstrations and technical presentations
  • Contributing to RFPs, bids and proposal activities
  • Leading technical discussions with customers and stakeholders
  • Supporting deployment and implementation activities when required
  • Mentoring customer engineering teams and internal colleagues
  • Staying ahead of industry developments and emerging threats

What We're Looking For

  • Experience within OT Cyber Security, ICS Security or Industrial Cyber Security
  • Background supporting utilities, energy, power generation, transmission or distribution environments
  • Knowledge of IEC62443, NERC-CIP, NIST and industrial cybersecurity frameworks
  • Experience securing Windows and Linux environments
  • Understanding of industrial protocols including IEC61850, DNP3 or IEC60870-5-104
  • Ability to engage confidently with customers and senior stakeholders
  • Consultancy, architecture or technical advisory experience
