Lead OT Cyber Security Engineer
£75,000 - £82,000 + Excellent Benefits
Remote | Energy Sector
We're working exclusively with a global organisation operating within the energy and critical infrastructure sector to recruit a Senior OT Cyber Security Consultant.
This is a rare opportunity to join a business at the forefront of the energy transition, supporting major utility and industrial organisations across Europe with OT and ICS cybersecurity programmes.
You'll act as a trusted advisor, helping customers strengthen the security of critical operational environments while supporting the development and delivery of innovative cybersecurity solutions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Advising utility and industrial customers on OT cybersecurity strategy
- Designing and delivering OT security solutions
- Supporting customer workshops, demonstrations and technical presentations
- Contributing to RFPs, bids and proposal activities
- Leading technical discussions with customers and stakeholders
- Supporting deployment and implementation activities when required
- Mentoring customer engineering teams and internal colleagues
- Staying ahead of industry developments and emerging threats

What We're Looking For
- Experience within OT Cyber Security, ICS Security or Industrial Cyber Security
- Background supporting utilities, energy, power generation, transmission or distribution environments
- Knowledge of IEC62443, NERC-CIP, NIST and industrial cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience securing Windows and Linux environments
- Understanding of industrial protocols including IEC61850, DNP3 or IEC60870-5-104
- Ability to engage confidently with customers and senior stakeholders
- Consultancy, architecture or technical advisory experience
